FAQ's

1.  What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept various types of payment methods that include Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Paypal and Visa.

2.  When do you charge?

We don't charge orders until the item ships with the exception of pre-orders.  Due to banking laws on open authorizations we must charge immediately for pre-orders and they will ship when it's arrived.  All other orders will charge at the time of shipment.

3.  When will my order ship?

We strive to ship all items the same day but all orders will ship within 2 business days at the latest unless otherwise noted.  

4.  What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS.

5.  How soon will I get my order?

Orders are shipped from New York.  We ship via USPS Priority, Priority Express and First Class.  You can choose your option at checkout and we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as possible.  If you need an order sooner or have an issue please contact customerservice@nerdycolletibles.com.

6.  Do you do exchanges or take back returns?

We do take back exchanges and returns.  You have 30 days from the time your package has been received to initiate a refund or exchange.  All items must be unopened and in the original packaging to be exchanged or refunded.  Any damaged items during shipping must be photographed prior and emailed to customerservice@nerdycollectibles.com.

7.  Do you charge tax?

Since we are based in New York taxes must be collected for orders shipping to New York.  Taxes will be calculated at the time of checkout.

8.  Where do you get your products?

We get our products directly from manufacturers, distributors, retailers, other collectors and conventions.  We try hard to offer the best possible prices on all of our items.
